Submit Products™ DIY is an open system and open to all internet users. To ensure the quality of the service, we ask all users to register for an account and login with their account information every time they use the system. For first time users, you may need to spend a few minutes to set up your account. If you forgot your account information later, you may also reset password through the system; however, your account ID is your primary Identification, therefore, it cannot be recovered or reset. We are sorry for any inconveniences.

When you decide to post products onto allproducts.com through Submit Products™ DIY you will need to prepare some basic information and pictures;

• Text Information :

  1. Company Information : Include Company Profile, Location, Main products, Contact Information
  2. Product Information : Include Product description, features, characteristics (You need to upload at least one product)

• Pictures :

  1. Company Logo Picture: File size not exceeding 75Kbs; JPEG File.
  2. Product Picture: File size not exceeding 75Kbs; JPEG File, 200 x 200 pixels. You will need one picture for every product.

There are two phases to Allproducts.com’s inspection process. The first phase occurs after you submitted your basic information; company information and at least one product page. You will receive a notification within 24 hours that says your website is online, which means you have passed the first phase of the inspection; The system will automatically send your data for the second phase inspection. The second phase of the inspection will be done by Allproducts.com professionals. Your data will only be included in Allproducts Search Engine after you passed the second phase inspection. The processing time for the second phase inspection varies on the number of submissions we received. Please wait patiently. During the inspection process, we will notify you if there is any modification is required.

To maintain the quality of our website content, we hire professionals to manually inspect each submission. We have a high standard for the completeness of all information posted onto our site, therefore we cannot guarantee the time it will take to process your submission. If there is a time urgency for your submission, we welcome you to use our Upgraded Service.We will assign an agent to process your account and posting in 2-5 business days.

Our Chinese and English search engines are two completely separate search engines and are at different sites(www.allproducts.com ; tw.allproducts.com)For English, we provide Submit Products™for you to upload your products in English to www.allproducts.comFor Chinese, there is Submit Products™DIY, which allows you to submit products in Chinese to tw.allproducts.com.

For your convenience, at the login page, you may choose English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese to be your interface language. However, this will not change the final display language. (For English Submit Products™, even if you selected a Chinese Interface you still need to fill in all your information in English). If you wish to switch to other language, please login to the menu page and select other language.

Incomplete company or product information may affect the effect of the exposure. Therefore we set up some inspection criteria to inspect your submissions. During the inspection, if we find your submission requires modification we will notify you by email and ask you to resubmit after making the required modifications.

In most cases, submissions may fail the inspection because:

1. No Company Logo Picture.
2. No Product Uploaded (You need to upload at least one product).
3. Product information does not match the product picture.
4. Insufficient product information.
5. Product content contains information that infringes other’s trademark.
6. Product content contains information that may be illegal.
7. Lack of Product Picture. (Watermark is not allowed)
8. Website information or language does not follow the requirement.
